News Release: Washington - The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) entered into a stipulation agreement on March 20, 2023, with Jarrod Williams LLC (Jarrod), of Pike Road Ala., for alleged violations of the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act.
