The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) invites the public to attend the Pennsylvania State Technical Committee meeting on July 18, 2023.The meeting will be conducted in-person and remotely via Microsoft Teams video conferencing.

Quarterly State Technical Committee Meetings are held to discuss natural resources conservation in Pennsylvania and provide recommendations to NRCS on the implementation of Farm Bill programs.Along with Farm Bill Program updates, July’s meeting will feature guest speaker George Payne, Director of Harrisburg Redevelopment Authority, who will present information on “Developing a Comprehensive Urban Ag Plan for the City of Harrisburg.”
