News Release: Washington - The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued a complaint against Beltex Corporation, doing business as Frontier Meats, also known as Frontier Packing Company (Frontier Meats), Arlington, Texas, and Eric Nauwelaers (Nauwelaers), Director and President of Frontier Meats, on June 9, 2023, for alleged violations of the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act.

News Release: Washington - The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has filed an administrative complaint against VIP Marketing Inc. for alleged violations of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). The company, operating from California, allegedly failed to make payment promptly to three produce sellers in the amount of $408,983 from May 2021 through October 2021.

(GoGreen Farms) for alleged violations of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). The company, operating from Virginia, allegedly failed to make payment promptly to three produce sellers in the amount of $313,036 from September 2021 through April 2022.
